Richard L. Train Consulting, LLC provides high-impact leadership coaching and organizational development services designed to help businesses create clear, kind, and accountable workplace cultures. The firm specializes in helping leaders resolve communication breakdowns, cultural misalignment, and team dysfunction with a unique and practical approach rooted in decades of business experience.

Service Process Includes the Following:

  •  Initial Issue Assessment Call – Free 30-minute discussion

  •  Issue Assessment Observational Deep Dive – Time involvement depends on the nature of the issue and client location

​

  • Time and travel expenses may be charged if travel outside the Houston, Texas metro area is necessary

​

  • Duration of the deep dive could range from ½ to 2 business days

​

  • A Resolution Proposal will be submitted to the Client for acceptance and a one month retainer paid to RLTC​

​

  • Upon acceptance, a formal Resolution Plan will be submitted to the client for one of three options for the Client

​

  • Client Implementation 

​

  • RLTC trains Client designee(s) on implementation

​

  •  RLTC facilitates and leads implementation 

​

  • All consulting contracts are on a month-to-month basis, and will automatically renew unless either RLTC or Client choose to discontinue. There is no long-term commitment unless both parties agree
